Now why I replyed to you does have some faults w/ me sometimes "jumping the gun" some of it is PTSD but thats another story If you look at the order in the respones to our conversation regarding song lyrics was when I read your reply to Dan Russ w/ " (paraphrased) there are no easy anwses but I wont leave them up to you' Dan Russ replys "well said"
Now in my defense of the post is it appeared as if you were referencing my comment to skies
concering his failure to think man can't control his impules so therefore I don't want any reponsibities regarding the human race it sounded like a copeout when earlier he posted a very human feeling concerning the Dead and america.
when I read the thread I should have investgated who your comment was exactly directed at becase the why I posted to skies in the first place was because He wants certian parts of america like our music and culture but is unwilling to contribute anything but negative
My adding another negative to it surely did not make the equation a positive one. My apologies for my rude post back to you I did think your comment was directed my way regarding my humanities suggestion to skies. regarding my belief in procreation. Even if it was I had no right. So there it is as full a explanation as my typing will allow. I 'm still blaming it all on the Clevland Browns though, At heart I'm a non-confrontist but I still have MY ideals regardin the human race, And I'm also aware skies is entitled to his as well,He just seems to ME that he is mis guided in his aserrtions of America

Hey H--absolutely no problem with us, and hope your lengthy explanation was a good exercise, and I enjoyed reading it, but I was in no way expecting such a response nor deserving of it as I quickly realized what had happened, as complicated as it was, cause you explained it well. Hope that makes sense! It was merely us crossing our posts while trying to respond to skies and not necessarily commenting on the song's meaning...
Yep, I think you are spot on with your interpretation of skies and her/his post on the song...I was thinking you were interpreting the song in your reply to me, along the lines as skies did--does that make sense? IE, that you were reading in the pop control aspect, but now see you were merely responding to skies having offered her/his explanation (per usual) as to what is wrong with the world, when in fact, I think the song does exactly what you (I think?), me and vapors think it does: leaves it open! IE, these are big questions, we can't necessarily answer, we think they are worth debating, and we leave it up to you (to paraphrase).

Edit: ha! Finally looked at the sequence of posts, and had to make sure you understood that those that look like they are in response to you are not, unless they are...right? Meaning, my "...leave it up to you..." is defn intended for skies, not you...

I think it's clear there is a bit of "man hate" imbedded in those statements of skies...as they say, it takes two to tango, and sure, I am all for considering that men spend a bit too much time following their nut urges, but to jump from that to all world problems is naive, I think. On the other hand, I am all for letting someone else take over and solve world hunger and the rest...certainly males haven't been stellar in getting the job done. I'd note though, that much of the issue, IMHO, concerns good old "us vs them" issues (xenophobia), and after all, female lions and female hyaenas are equally concerned bout keep outsiders out, and insiders in...in some sense, you could argue that by controlling reproduction, ultimately, it's the females that run the show, so maybe they do deserve half the blame for the difficulties we find ourselves in, eh?

We can put a man on the moon, and we can split atoms but we can't solve human hunger.The farm land here is getting gobled up for urban sprawl which isn't bad because it gives the construction worker jobs to feed his family (jesus was a carpenter after all) barter and trade is the way of life.
I have a hard time thinking that men and women who worked hard did the right thing should not be allowed to own property.Taxes aren't all bad, people need to provide for defense and certian infastructure and schools even if you personally don't have any kids, because it behooves us to have a somewhat educated populace. Radical ideas I know.
Beleive me there are times when I lament the rich and curse my lack of money, But that doesn't mean that the state should control the wealth,after all I may get my crap together and strike it rich yet, and I'll begrudingly pay my taxes not hiding them offshore. I want to pay my share back.
As far as the man smart woman smarter I don't know societies have debated that since before the story of Adam and Eve ( I put the blame on both parties there.) I sort of fall into the yin and yang you need masculine and feminine, black and white good and bad rich and poor Do I beleive the cosmos is out of balence( I know you didn't ask that) my anwser is emphaticlly unfortunity yes,Can I do anything to help? Yes I can care for my kids pray for the ones that aren't (and mine as well of course) and try to give what I can even if it's one can of carrots (hate canned carrots) at a food drive. Maybe even plant a tree or two. Still feel like a jackass for letting my male emotions get the better of me (regarding skies ) theres a lot more ambiguity online than I'm used to.

Heynow Deyzof !When iwas a really young teenager I could like Johnny Halliday ,françoise Hardy and Syivie Vartan ,but then I discovered better with Pink Floyd and Rolling Stones . Today I wouldn' go see a Johnny halliday concert even next door ,but I'd go for a Rolling Stones show ! I saw them once live in california and it really was high vibes trip I keep fine memories about . The stones choose not to do 3 concerts in a row at same place , no doubt that otherwise all tickets be sold out in a jiffy, they still being the world's most famous rock and roll band !

Strictly no men ever lived on the planet to the age of 900, Bluedevil ! That's total bunk ?and you could never proove otherwise .Besides ,it takes more than a hairy face to make a men real smart and strong .A guy who looses it because of a haircut ,probably had missing neurones and wanted to blame a woman for it !
